Warm showers... toilets...and...and...nothing else.Very , very simple. A great scenery for a 'Western' movie . Red sand, dust, flies....High noon

Friendly and helpful hosts reasonably priced no power sites but that did not worry us. Has entertainment sometimes which make for a good night otherwise just chin wag around the fire.

Rustic farm stay with some interesting walks. The entertainment is country and western. Owners/managers are friendly and helpful. Sites are well spaced. Not so good for physically challenged people.

Something special shared with strangers. We really enjoyed our visit to Banka Banka. The costs is a very reasonable $20. There is no power available for travellers here, however, there is good spring water available. The amenities are old but clean and perfectly fine for one night. Our site was generous and shady. There is a camp fire with a little kiosk near to it, and as the sun sets we were entertained by a country singer. We didn't need to leave our site to appreciate this hospitality. The beautiful fairy lights added to the atmosphere. There are numerous things to see here and a few animals to amuse the small children.Overall I think it is a great place to enjoy the outback. I do think $20 is possibly too cheap and that visitors could perhaps be a little more generous when donating to the entertainer, remembering of course that it is his livelihood.

Great hospitality, really relaxed. It was pretty full but they found a spot for me and my small tent so I didn't have to ride my motorcycle into the dark. Not like the tourist stops, proper outback station.
