Really nice friendly guys, but couldn't fix our vehicle so had to tow to Alice Springs. They had continuously turned it over and left it with ignition still on when we came to check the next day. Dual batteries both dead (2nd battery looks after main to prevent it running flat). It was almost 5 days before being seen in Alice due to long weekend, so on top of expenses to fix the car we now have to pay for a new battery, as it won't hold its charge after being run this flat and left. It's just a simple thing, and perhaps an oversight on their part but wish they had looked after our vehicle properly, its cost me a lot of money.
It took a disastrous accident, which ended our 3 month holiday after only 5 days, for us to come into contact with Jacal Engineering in May 2018. One phone call and Jacal took charge and arranged to collect the remains of our car and caravan lying on the side of the Stuart Highway, south of Tennant Creek. Thank you Adam. We were extremely happy with your caring and prompt efficiency.
